HOMECARE SERVICES EXPLAINED

Our Gas Safe registered engineers are ready to handle even the most challenging emergency central heating repairs.

  • A visual check of the boiler
  • The boiler being fired safely to identify any working faults
  • A flue gas analysis efficiency test
  • Opening up the boiler and inspecting the boiler internally
  • Checking the flue and ventilation are in accordance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations
  • Checking and adjusting the system pressure
  • Clearing the condensate trap
  • Visually checking and bleeding radiators, if necessary
  • A visual check of the hot water cylinder
  • Confirmation in writing that the service has been carried out

We offer a boiler care and efficiency service, therefore there is no excess on selected packages for our services. These packages also do not have a maximum limit on the number of times you can call us out.

  • Check/Adjust boiler electrodes to ensure peak efficiency for boiler start-up
  • Combustion check to make sure it runs efficiently 
  • Tailored home check to see where potential heat is being lost internally 
  • Explanation on best use of boiler to lower gas costs
  • Thermal camera inspection to see where improvements from heat loss can be made
  • Advise/options on how to improve heat loss/efficiency 
  • Options for additional controls to improve efficiency 

Subject to service, we give customers a dedicated number to call in emergencies, 24-hour service and a high number of engineers to customer.

Following the 1st service to rule out pre-existing faults not included, we can extend boiler parts to 10 years from installation

We are a maintenance service, therefore there is no excess on any of our home care services. We also do not have a maximum limit on how many times you can call us out.

If you are a landlord by law you have to have an annual gas safety certificate for all your properties and all appliances checked. Free call out (only applies to landlord package) If you or your tenants call us out and we arrive at the property and find there isn’t an issue, we will not charge you the excess fee.

Nomination tenants can call a direct line to avoid having to go through the landlord or provided services or emergency.
