Frequently Asked Questions
A Gas Safe registered (If a natural gas/ LPG boiler) or OFTEC registered (If an Oil boiler) engineer will visit your property to diagnose the boiler fault and carry out any necessary safety checks. Once the engineer has found the fault they will discuss the issue and how they would advise you on what will be needed to repair your boiler to get it working safely again.
A boiler repair can take from 30mins onwards depending on the complexity of the repair.
Our engineers will only condemned your boiler if they feel it is unsafe and beyond repair due to serious issues such as corrosion, defects or other hazards that are putting people at risk.
If you get an annual boiler service it will minimise the risk of your boiler breaking as the engineer should have noticed any faults during the service but this doesn’t mean problems can’t arise after your boiler service.
