Hayden
Director
His goal behind Cheshire Boilers was to give the customers a professional and friendly experience that leaves them feeling warm and knowledgeable. He has over ten years in the trade and is our commercial boiler installer who will never say no to a brew.
Louis
Lead engineer
After learning from the boss himself and completing his gas-safe qualification, Louis takes on the role of Lead engineer. His main priority is to make sure your home is treated with respect and to inform you about the boiler or system which he will be installing. If you are at the site with Louis whilst he carries out the installation, feel free to ask him questions as he’s happy to share knowledge with you.
Corey
customer service & ENGINEER
Corey is behind the customer service at Cheshire Boilers. He is happy to help all our customers, whether they are new to Cheshire Boilers or returning customers wanting a boiler repair or service. He will make sure all our customers are in the know. The whole way, from start to finish. This happy chappy will assist with all your boiler questions or concerns and get you booked allowing us to get an engineer out promptly to you.
Ellis
Plumber & engineer
Ellis is our rising star who has a great passion for heating the world. He is a quick learner and might even overtake Louis one day. With a qualification already in plumbing, he already has a lot of knowledge under his belt and is ready to learn more.
Rachael
Office manager
Rachael works day in and day out to make sure everything goes smoothly within the office. She deals with all the paperwork from ordering materials, to carrying out customer warranties. She makes sure everything is up to date and keeps track of everything so we know exactly what every customer wants and needs.
Minnie & Millie
Support Staff
Here at Cheshire Boilers, we are huge animal lovers and you will often find our dogs are here to give a helping hand in the office, making sure delivery arrives safely and their opinions are heard. Millie has been a part of our team for 9 years and Minnie is the newest addition and still learning the ropes.
